Ms. Tanya Lahon Warjri (Assistant Professor)

Ms. Tanya Warjri holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi. She has taught at Vivekananda Mahila College, University of Delhi and at St. Edmunds Higher Secondary School, Shillong. She is currently pursuing an MPhil degree from the Department of English, University of Delhi on the topic “Reading Ki Kynthei: A Gendered Perspective of Khasi Folklore”. Her areas of interest include Folklore studies, African-American Literature, Renaissance Drama and Apocalyptic Literature.
